This item was purchased for gifts for the inmates at our local county detention center, so I have not actually used the product for myself. But natural products are always the best and your bottle has more product than some competitors.
We have tried many guest shampoos in the past and have stuck with ESA Honey ever since we tried it. Many of the old shampoos were not shipped properly or packaged properly so when we opened a box we would find a mess of either crushed/broken bottles or unscrewed caps. ESA always sends their product properly packaged, no problems with incorrect orders and no broken/unscrewed caps. Our guests seem to like them too!
