Making a Purchase
Making a purchase with Accent Amenities couldn't be easier: simply browse our website, click on any items that you wish to buy, and add them to your shopping cart. At any time you can adjust the quantities or remove items from your shopping cart by clicking on "view cart". After you have finished your selection, review your cart and click on "checkout". You will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to fulfill the order. We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We accept business and personal checks from the US. Please make payable to Accent Amenities, Inc. Goods will be dispatched once checks have cleared. (Please call if this is your preferred method.)
There is no minimum order requirement when purchasing from Accent Amenities, other than the case pack quantities as shown.
Methods of Payment
We accept credit card payment using Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. If you are concerned about entering your payment details online, please note that Accent Amenities, Inc. will not store your credit card details. Authorization of your transaction is decided in seconds while you are online.
Accent Amenities ships via UPS Ground, UPS Surepost, USPS and on orders exceeding 15 cases, best available carrier. Most packages will be delivered to your door, however, in some instances packages may arrive in your mailbox. We strive to ship the same day as ordered, and most orders will ship within 24 hours of receiving your order (business days only). Orders received over the weekend will ship on Monday.
Depending on your location, transit times will vary from 1 to 6 business days (after the actual ship date). For faster delivery, you may choose 2 or 3 day shipping, for an additional shipping charge. If you require Saturday delivery, you must call in your order. We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays occurring once goods leave our warehouse. UPS makes three delivery attempts after which time the shipment will be returned to Accent Amenities. Should this happen, we will refund the amount for the product only, or re-ship the order, in which case additional shipping charges will apply. In the event of 3rd party shipping errors, i.e.- lost package, delays, etc., Accent Amenities will re-ship the product in the same method as the original order.
All of our products come in the case pack quantities shown on the website. We do our best to conserve resources by using recycled boxes when packaging. This means your box may be labeled something other than what you ordered. While packaging, we try to limit the amount of waste, yet strive to protect the quality of our product while in transit.
NOTE: We strive to ensure 100% accuracy in the fulfillment of orders. Please check your order upon arrival. If your order is incomplete or inaccurate, you must contact us within 10 days of receipt in order for us to remedy the error.

In our shopping checkout process, we use Secure Socket Layering, the industry-standard encryption technology that ensures the safety and security of your online order. When the letters "http" in the URL address change to "https", the "s" indicates you are in a secure area employing SSL. Online Account Registration
Registering with Accent Amenities will make your online shopping experience faster and easier. We can store your shipping addresses and billing information so that you don't have to enter them each time you shop. You will also be able to save your shopping cart, check your order status and review your order history. Your registered information will be securely stored with us, and you can add, delete, or change your registered information at any time using your password.
We endeavor to ensure our customers are completely happy with our products, therefore, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the products and we will refund your order, minus shipping charges.
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make from Accent Amenities. It is our aim to offer you choice and quality at competitive prices.
Since we ship within 24 hours, we cannot cancel orders. If you are unsatisfied with your product when it arrives and would like a refund or exchange, you must not open any remaining items or remove labels. Items should be returned to Accent Amenities in the original packaging together with the receipt. We will not refund any shipping charges. We cannot refund or exchange goods that arrive back damaged or are lost through the USPS. Please re-use original packaging, if possible, when returning items, otherwise please ensure goods are packaged sufficiently to prevent damage. Always obtain proof of postage as claims can then be made against the USPS for loss or damage. We guarantee to replace or refund faulty goods, simply notify us within 30 days of delivery of the goods and return them, in their original packaging, together with the receipt, to Accent Amenities Inc. 61450 American Lane, Suite 110 Bend, OR 97702. For faulty goods returned within 30 days we will provide return postage up to the cost and weight determined on the returned product. If you want to exchange the items, please mark clearly what you would like as a replacement. For returned goods paid by credit card, we will refund the money to your credit card. Accent Amenities will not accept liability for non-delivery, where this is caused by circumstances beyond our control. Any request for a refund or exchange must be made within 30 days of delivery of the order.
